I'm a Lead Product Designer with 8+ years designing enterprise SaaS, B2B eCommerce, mobile, and dashboard experiences across FinTech, EdTech, and insurance.

Right now I'm at Provenir, a FinTech decisioning platform, where I designed the platform's AI Assistant and the design system behind it — the interaction patterns for how AI behaves, and the rules for where it's allowed to show up. I also architected the design system spanning two products and five core modules, now used by five product managers and 30+ engineers.

Before Provenir, I spent three years consulting at DMI, most of it embedded with American Tire Distributors on an end-to-end redesign of their B2B eCommerce platform. That work taught me how to move a large organization: research that stakeholders actually believe, iterations that survive contact with engineering, and design systems that hold up after the designer leaves the room.

I've also grown into the parts of the job that happen off the canvas — directing a junior designer's project work, running design critique, and owning hiring screens for the team.

What I care about most is the stuff users never notice: the flow that takes one hour instead of three, the component that behaves the same way everywhere, the setup screen nobody has to think about.

I studied Interactive Design at Ohio University and hold a master's in Visual Communication Management. Based in Rochester, NY.
