CLIENT BACKGROUND
Holman, a leader in fleet management solutions and automotive services, serves clients whose employees rely on their mobile app to manage company vehicle usage. The app is used for tracking mileage, locating docking stations, accessing support when issues arise, and more.
OPPORTUNITY
Create a dashboard for ATD internal users to show the recovery rate for freight. Getting this dashboard to a better state meant saving money for the company by allowing problems to be found and solved quickly within our supply chain team.

Project Kickoff
Kickoff Meetings
The project kicked off with meetings with the main stakeholders of the app. They gave me a run through of the app and showed me tasks that current users utilize within the app. This gave me a good base knowledge of what was important for users.
Begin Assessment
After the initial meetings, I gained access to the app and conducted a hands-on evaluation. I documented the app’s user flow in Figma, incorporating screenshots to create a detailed visual map. Along the way, I annotated screens with insights and recommendations for improving the user experience.
Final Assessment
Finding Themes
After mapping the entire mobile app and annotating the identified issues, I analyzed the findings to uncover recurring themes and categorize the pain points. This process allowed me to prioritize the most critical issues and prepare a focused presentation, highlighting the key areas for improvement.
